Sorry but I'm just a customer of there's, but did you asked them to patch the tire,some shops you need to tell them you want a patch or if your tire treads are too low it's not worth patching.idk I don't work there just going by my experience
yes that is the first staff tell the guy if I know that is the going to doi I'm plug the tire my self on my garage have the plug on the back of my car that is my wife car and all way have y kids on board like to have my safe on the but only used for temporary repairs only have brand new tires I'm yet put on you 3 months ago olso the guy never balance the 2 new tires also.,sorry
