In the state of New York if it goes more than 30 miles per hour you need a motorcycle license. However you will rarely be pulled over because scooters are practically invisible to cops. Side note if you ARE stopped and it is not properly registered/insured, they are in their right to impound the bike and if not insured can arrest you. It's their discretion so pray they're in a good mood
50cc in New York City you don’t need a license to drive but 150cc you need you won’t go to jail but depending on the cop if you get pulled over will give you a ticket for unregistered vehicle that’s the only ticket I got hit with I have a Motorcycle permit but he was not worried about that nore did he take my moped I was doing Uber but that was the only time I got pulled over never got pulled over anywhere else before but I’m glade he did cause he tough me some stuff they did not tell me in the 5 hour class
Yes they do have a 150cc and yes you can buy one with out a license but only the 150cc
They have 150cc. And a license is for driving not buying. If you did want to LEGALLY drive anything more then 50cc you need to have a drivers licence with a motorcycle endorsement. 50cc you just need a regular license. (Again this is to drive not buy). So i can sum that answer up to yes and yes
