I am 66 years old,work in a pharmacy and I am a smoker. How can I register for an appointment for a COVID vaccine? Or possibly fill out an application for COVID vaccine on line?
You need to be 65 or older. Go into the store to the pharmacy pick up. Give your name and they put you on the list. It's that simple.
