I have a dog who is 14 years old. She has lost her hearing and slowly losing control of her bowel movements. Other then that she seems to be doing ok. When do you know it's time to let her go. She just sleeps all day and night except to eat.

We had a large orange tabby, that lost her eye sight and hearing, unless it was high pitched. Within a week she was completely blind and deaf. She started pooping and peeing anywhere, and most of the time she would just lay there and go. We took her to APlus Vet, and the Dr., said: When their quality of life is gone, it is time to let them cross over the rainbow bridge. If your little furbaby has lost quality of life, it is time to let her/him go. Hope everything is ok, or worked out.
