I am on the Nevada side, can I bring my plastic, mostly water bottles here? And how much is the price for plastic now? I used to bring it there when I lived in South Lake.

You can bring your plastic but you won't get California redemption value (CRV) if you use a Nevada car (NV plates). I don't know the price of plastic.
