AAA has a direct connection with the Nevada DMV. You can go to the DMV, take a number and wait for over one hour or get it done in minutes at AAA. Registration stickers and everything. Give them a call and ask what they need to make it happen.
I'm pretty sure you can register your car. Shouldn't be a problem.
