Julie must be a fascist to think that way. There are good and bad cops just like any group of people. But Sparks police are not as bad as big city police are. I've see them manhandle people in wheelchairs. Terrible.
It's a fair question. Summer police do mistreat people.and anymore.. it's search and arrest instead of serve and protect..
