Hello, Are we suppose to receive an actual card after approval? I have been approved and have a prescription. If, so where do I get or receive my card. Thanks in advance

No its on your driver license that you are part of the program.

Hi there! You do not receive a medical card in Texas, but we will be able to access your prescription when you place your order. You will receive copy of your prescription with your medicine. There is also a number on the label of the medication that you can call to verify your prescription.

After you get approved, they will send you an email with an attachment. The attached Physicians Statement is your card. Print it and/or save it to your phone. You have to call in your first order, then after you set up your Patient Portal you can do orders online,in person or over the phone. There is delivery available, but there's a $25 charge for any orders under $250.
