I think you should contact the restaurant itself. When you ask questions here, it goes out to everyone who has checked in there. I don't know if the questions go to the restaurant itself. At any rate you'd get a much faster answer if you just called them.

I'm sure they serve gluten free foods (vegetables). However, time of day is the issue, and only the staff can answer that accurately. (For example: vegetables for breakfast) So far as gluten free versions of popular foods (breads, pastas, etc) its a long shot. That being said, this is a wonderful diner, run by good people; give them a call.
