Depends on the seafood. Salmon and shrimp are grilled. Lobsters are boiled then finished on the grill. If you have an allergy, we can accommodate you by cooking your meal in a different location that prevents cross-contamination.
1st. Visit for me so I cannot be certain but the spacing of the grates on the charcoal fired grill makes me think that it would support only a whole fish. In the hour plus I was there I saw only the hand cut steaks on the grill. My crabcakes must have been cooked in a skillet or on a flattop and the snow crab legs cooked in a pot. The snow crab got an A, the crabcakes maybe a C.
