Hello! We do not have any MSG in our kitchen and so do not use any while cooking any of our food. However, like many restaurants, we do have a few items on our bars that are partially prepared by food service vendors. We are not aware of any items we order include MSG in it. We also offer the Mongolian Grill (included in the buffet!) that you can pick out your own fresh vegetables, meats, sauce, etc. if you want to know exactly what's in your food and how it's prepared! :) Happy Holidays!

I have as food as allergy to ming garden I ordered t as ke out and I am very sure it came off of buffet where it had to had sit all day I could not even break a thin a slice of chicken it was as tough and tried out as
They don't use msg, and Emily and daniel sold ming garden to a young hard working family who are holding true the past heritage of ming garden. Msg is not like salt .makes many sick. But if you have any food allegies the Mongolian grill is a great answer you can control the ingredients and tell the cook about your health concerns. If they use msg it doesn't cause stomache issues...i have had issues in past from other restraunts so i understand.
