The cards with Grifols Biomat are through a bank. After your bottle is processed, your pay is then processed in the computer and sent to the bank. The bank usually only takes a few minutes but it could take up to an hour. If it has been longer than an hour then i recommend you call the center and make sure they paid you. On busy days it is easy to accidently missing one little step. If it comes back that you have been paid then call the bank because it is more than likely an issue on their end of the system.
