The dryers should be filled 1/3 to 1/2 so the clothes can get air and heat, like on a clothes line. Many people tend to overfill the dryers which ends up costing them time and money. Anyhow, sorry for the problem.
The reality is that most of coin laundry owners don't have a routine maintenance and test, they rely on customers feedback
Yes Bri Mazyck me and my husband had that issue as well. You have to inform the attendant on duty and they should give you another dryer as the same as you paid for. If not ask for the owner's number and speak with him.
