Yes it is. And it's not s bad course at all to play actually it had s few challenging holes. The clubhouse is outdated. But it has what you need. Unless your looking for something elaborate. And if so, you need to go to a CC.
Yes open to the public
Yes... But be prepared. The course is nice but the clubhouse is dated. Think late 60's early 70's. You'll pay the bartender and can buy drinks for the course... I have never seen a drink cart on the course... And I've never seen the pro shop open. So for some people that can be jarring. But the course is big and open and friendly. I love playing here.
