Do they have trailers available to rent or rent to own? How much? What are typical utility costs? What kind of pets are allowed? Is it a close, friendly and open community or do most folks keep to themselves?

Rentals. Prices vary depending on how many rooms you are looking for... ~$800/month for 3Bed 2Bath. Utilities Not included. Water is ~$40/month. Electric completely depends on how much you run the AC. Small pets are allowed, with a pet deposit.
