I seen the same commercial the other night but when I went to the Gray hwy location in Macon and asked, I was told "I have no idea." May be something they are doing in Atlanta or larger cities.
Not that i know of.
Call your local Wendy's and ask. It may be a local thing. Have not heard any of those commercials.
