I've ordered for my wife and kids since covid started, I had 1 issue and within 15 of my call problem was corrected. I would say call them and explain your issues and if it's not too late I'm sure Charlie's Pizza would make things rite!!! Weather it's a slice or 10 Pizzas, can't hurt to call and speak with someone who can rectify your issue. Good luck
