Yes you can find some good ones out there plus they can give you a warranty on it in case it doesn't work.
Yes there is some good motors out there you just gotta know what to look for and yes you have to purchase your warranty though. 30 days for $30, 90 days for $90 and so on but hey the motors are dirt cheap
