I would bet not if they were to allow you to do that and you were to hit someone the mall would be kind of held liable along with you the only type of mechanism you can ride is the train that they have in there and then they have these little stuffed animal looking things that roll around that you can ride on but you got to pay for those but yeah that's a whole liability issue that's just like if someone was to ride a skateboard in there and the skateboard got away and hit a kid in the head both you and the mall would be held liable
