Yes always ron Jones and Tyler very good at working on guitars
They do have an excellent Luthier on staff that was able to rebuild a guitar from the 40's or 50's with all the correct (looking at least, can't say for certain its the exact same but that's splitting hairs) hardware to bring it back to life. Good turn around from drop off to pick up and all for a fair price
