I have been there several times to fish with my wife. The charge is per vehicle not per person (at least that has been my experience). The charge is according whether your a Rockdale county. resident or out of county resident. $2 in county $4 out of county (I'm a resident of Snellville). You do get to keep the fish up to the state limit per species. Game wardens do patrol this park!
Two per person but only if you are fishing. And yes, you can keep what you catch within legal limits.
