How come everytime I come here something is wrong with my order? I love Chick-fil-A and I tried to give this location a chance but there's something always missing or left out.

I never had a problem with that one or any Chick-Fil-A for that matter. You probably have to start checking your bag before leaving. Or just go inside instead of the drive thur

I go there every Saturday morning. I order at drive thru depending on line and at register with no issues. I would check food before leaving if you have that much problem. I have that bad luck at McDonald's everywhere. That Chick-fil-A is not as crowded compared to the other two in Macon so it is my go to even though it is busy.

They push the drive thru so fast staff or customers don't have a chance to check, twice for me, never a chance to steal my money a 3rf time
