Yes they do, Have a selection of artificial baits a well. Boat ramp and fuel on water as well. Not to point you away, but if you are coming in via 212 there is a nice place on there between Jackson and Sinclair that I get my live bait at.
Yes, if you are going to lake Oconee, stay out of coves, that is where the leaches are.
