Why this RaceTrack doesn't put a sign outside saying that is close instead of a piece of paper on the door.

They usually have 2 or more employees on site so it had to be something else.

I have no idea, I don't work here. Normally, if there is a piece of paper outside on the door the attendant only stepped away to use the only restroom. Hope I could be of help. Turtles!
