How do I get a list of my prescriptions for 2017?

I would call the pharmacy.

I have an app called follow my health tells me everything that went on at the doctor All of my past and current appointments and medications they even have them.listed as active or dicontinued or you could call the walmart pharmacy

Just call pharmacy & tell them you need a printout of your 2017 prescriptions

I would call the pharmacy and see if they have a list of everything they have filled for you. I would assume that they have some type of data base that stores that information.
