Hi Sarah, Unfortunately no. TWIC cards are handled thru local TWIC office. And unfortunately, I'm not sure where their office is located this month, lol. I say that with humor because anytime I have ever had to deal with them, and I've worked at the port for 9 years, their office has never been in same place for more than one month. It seems that they are constantly moving from month to month. Unless you know for sure where they are currently located, I would call Main Corp TWIC office have them gove you current address for Brunswick Georgia TWIC office or you could try to Google for Brunswick TWIC office.I can tell you that we have been waiting on some new hires at my facility and our Management has been told there is a delay in getting TWIC card processed. It normally doesn't take this long but I guess like everyone else, due to COVID, they are short staffed therefore resulting in delays/longer processing times. Hope I was helpful.
