That was a very kind response (made by the owner of The Dipper) to a very rude comment/question. Even when great food, a great staff and great overall customer service are top priorities, anyone can make a mistake once in a while. It's impossible to make right though if you don't know about it until it's posted publicly. We LOVE this place!
