What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Mask required. Staff required to disinfect surfaces between visits. Safety dividers at checkout.

There are self-serve disinfection stations posted at the shopping cart area, and masks are required.

Same as everywhere else, just wear a mask. Surfaces don't appear to be cleaned frequently such as self checkout surfaces.
