Food is included. Rent is in the neighborhood of $3,000 a month.
As far as I know, the rental is all inclusive...food, apartment, activities, etc. There are several different sizes of apartments, from studio to 2 bedroom. The apartments only have kitchenettes, and their meals are served in a very nice dining room, much like a restaurant, by a very good staff. Each meal has options from which to choose, and the food is quite tasty.
