I heard from one of my friends that Volvo has a new valet service where you can get my vehicle from me and have it serviced. Can you describe the process of how I would do that?

Hi Andrew! Your friend put you in the right direction! When scheduling your service online, you can select our Pick Up and Delivery option! If you're too busy and can't make it to our facilities, we will send a member of our service team to you, bring your vehicle to get serviced with a multi-point inspection, and then drop it off to you at a location that is convenient for you, like at work or at home for example! We are happy to provide the accommodations for our customers and encourage you to take advantage of it!

When making an appointment for service you will have multiple options, one will be to have your car picked up and dropped off. Online appointments also have the same options.
