Well i have an answer to why they taste different, the fda band one of the main ingredients, and there is no close to or the same available. This is what happens when people behind a desk make up new rules. 2nd we where the last company in the usa using that type of powdered cheese, they discontinued it. So the search for tge same or close to have turned up nothing. None of this was earls choice.
