Do you guys do 17 years old tattoos with a parent there and signature

I am not positive but I think even with a parent signature, you can't get tattooed til your 18 in NC. It's best to call and ask because I don't think they will check these questions on Google search..

Honestly at 17 your only choice is a scratcher but be warned, they're called scratchers for a reason. Sometimes ur lucky sometimes u end up with a desastor its best to just wait out the ride
