They're not known for their bar. More so for the food, relaxed atmosphere and drinks. Other bars around just go to another.
It is a great place as it is.
They dont want to deal with a bunch of drunks at 2:00 in the morning
Not all places stay open late because they have a bar. They cater more towards dining, the neighborhood, and boaters.
