I've only had to wait during special events. You can reserve a table during these special times. Such as new years. The Christmas boat parade etc.
I think k they have reservations for special events only....like the Christmas boat parade for instance.
Not sure but I have always been seated without waiting. It's pretty big with a lots of seating options: outdoor on the dock, indoor on the glass wall patio, indoor common area, and in the bar area.
