There was a shooting there June 8, 2018, but the complex is usually alive with children playing outside. I believe this was an isolated incident. You can Google it as well as any crime in the area.
This is not a good community the property manager tries to illegally evict you if she doesnt like you by putting a notice NOT FROM THE MARSHALL ON YOUR DOOR WHICH IS ILLEGAL BECAUSE SHE HAS TO FILE EVICTION WHIVH IS $72 and stand in front of judge Allan. She had the road in the messed up for years pot holes so big they were messing yp peoples car. She has the nastiest customer service and is a very nasty spirited person. She will refuse you corporates number. She doesnt fix anything on time but if something is wrong on her behalf she takes her time doing so.
