This park is a flood zone area, which is why the original trailer park here was cleared out. The entire park was designed to meet FEMA flood standards, to allow water drainage. In short - unfortunately, this will always be an issue here.
The big dog side had all new drainage installed in spring 2022. Small dog side is under construction to fix the drainage as well. :)
