I have not been here in 5 years... What are the documents I need to get help?

Driver's license, or I.D. Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate along with a piece of mail to compare the addresses. They open at 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Id and proof of residence I think.

You need ID for 3acz household member proof of address for children you'll need birth certificates

I believe that if you go in, they can help you initially, and then let you know what docs you need to continue.. pretty sure it's just an ID and proof of address, though..
