Is skateboarding allowed if so there an area to skateboard

Jimmy is correct. Across the street from the soccer fields (same park) are baseball fields, with hockey and skating.

There is a skate park next to the roller hockey rink.

You can skate or bike along the path but there is not an area specifically for skateboarding.
