I thought they closed the customer service department down and then basically transferred to one of the registers and could do returns there. It has been years since I've worked there, but when i did, that was the routine. Check with the register that sells tobacco since that has to stay open. If they don't do the returns then they should at least know where to direct you or inform you of any policy changes. Good luck!
