Yes you can ship to an address that's diffrent than the billing address and make sure you select the box marked "this order contains a gift" so they will have gift recipt for returns/exchanges

If you use walmart.com you can order anything and have it said anywhere to their house if you want them to pick it up in the store make sure you have their name as a recipient to pick it up or else they will not give it to them
