Very bad attention especially with Ms. LUZ is a disrespectful and bad humored it is rare that I can solve a problem regarding the patient to make a note or make an appointment. I do not recommend and aside the wait is very long.

If it is true that woman called Luz is really very badly educated .. She has zero professional ethics and in general all the staff that work in the 3 different locations of De Springfield Pediatrics are so poorly educated and unprofessional with patients But if I make it clear that Dr. Rolando Lozano is an excellent Dr. Pediatrician.
