Last I checked which was about a month and a half ago, the two bedrooms were starting at $1200. I don't believe there is a wait list. I'm not sure if your service animal is a dog, but they do allow dogs.
What about the 1 bedrooms? Is there a list for those? Yes my service animal is a dog.
