Yes, payment is due for services. But they take insurance (with any co-payments due then), VA, Medicaid/Medicare or cash/credit card.
If you have tricare and you are retired there is a $30 co pay
If you don't have insurance. It's around $100 if you have insurance it's whatever your co-pay is. Mine was $35
