They are not answering phones at all I have called plenty of stores and nobody answers...

I was in the Walmart Supercenter 2 hrs ago and believe me the associates especially the ones at the Money services and Customer Service Centers. They are multi tasking taking the calls and dealing with the persons directly in front of them. Bear with them...they need our support.

Thats how they are. You will have to call several times before you get an answer.
