Depends on what your looking for we was looking at a doublewide that was supposed to be selling at a discount of 76,000 4 bdr 2bath ended up being at 108,000. They charge for every little thing including the air unit, skirting and more. We went to Tn Happy Homes found a doublewide 28x72 with huge bedrooms a Den and a master closet that is its own room! It's a 4bdr 2bth for 76,000 after taxes it came to 81,000 they don't charge extra for anything not even the central air or skirting very happy with them! It's your choice but I would go to TN Happy Homes. They have another doublewide that's just like ours it's 74,000. Oh and they do look like your houses not trailer's.
I saw some that started around 30,000 but those were for a family of two.
