Can you please help? My son was prescribed 40 oxycodone/acetaminophen 5/325. That seemed like a large number of pain killers for wisdom teeth removal and now there are 36 pills remaining. What do you recommend I do with them? Thank you.

Take them to the police station they will dispose the unwanted meds.

I work for medical office you can put alcohol in with the tablets and it will dissolve the pills. Then you can pour them down the drain.. or you can return them to pharmacy to do the same..

Return them if you don't need them. You could go to prison for having them. The law doesn't care about circumstances.
