From what I can tell, their veggie plates would be truly vegan. They cook with vegetable or canola oil I believe and the vegetables are carrots, cabbage, and a few others. I believe that their rice has egg in it but you may be able to ask them to cook it without that. However they do add soy sauce and possibly butter.
I'm actually not sure about strictly vegan dishes but they do have salads and cooked veggies and rice .
