Ok I have and I was told that's the way they have to do it. Not complaining just wondering. But it's all good
Maybe it's because us older folks need to pee all the time, and the restrooms are usually near the back.. ya think !? In that case it's actually more convenient. 😮😆 However I checked, and upscale steakhouses preferred demographics are 35 to 44 years of age with household incomes of 40 grand and up. But the actual customers are more like 24-35 years with household incomes of $100,000 or more. So it's probably more likely they don't want to lose young customers coming in and seeing a bunch of old geezers as soon as they walk through the door! Merry Christmas everyone! OH, AND PS..! Don't forget to inquire about freebies and discounts everywhere you go. I'm 62 and don't feel that old so I forget all the time. But you get like 10% off at Denny's with free coffee. And I believe coffee is free anytime at McDonald's for seniors. Not to mention hotels and stuff. AARP gets you a many discounts. A lot of restaurants have them but they don't advertise them. You have to ask. 👼🧑
Ms harris i understand its done to me also. The thing to do is tell the staff where you want to sit. They have always been very accommodating with me. If they are not may I suggest fatz or one of the other steakhouses in town.
