Jang Su Jang has a selection of vegetarian dishes. If you order anything with stew; you might want to ask if the broth is vegetable, chicken, or beef ahead of time. Checkout their website: http://www.jangsujangatlanta.com/?page_id=2
If you are not a strict vegetarian, as in you don't mind chicken or beef broth, then any tofu dish will do as then will remove meat from any of these dishes if asked. But like most Korean restaurants, they have a lot of protein. The banchan( sides)were all vegetarian and very light. They're very helpful so I'd give them a call or stop by ask.
It's spacious and the food is large and delicious..
