We moved here from pa. My license expires in October. My house won't be finished until the end of November. Can I use that address or do I have to use the apartment address until I move then change it again?

You must register your vehicles at the address where you currently reside. Mr. Nasser is correct that you will need 2 proofs of residency. Also, keep in mind that the County Clerk does not issue driver’s licenses.

They will need 2 forms of id for proof of address ie bills or lease/ mortgage paper from your current address. If your using non finished house address your good if not you have to change again after moving.
